Conditions for service provision:
- Lived in Spain for at least 2 years (historic registration certificate required) and absent from Spain for no more than 90 days in total during that period.
- No valid residence permit at the time of application.
- Relevant education or work experience (if required by the job position).
- Work contract with a Spanish company — indefinite term, at least 20 hours/week (ideally 40), with salary meeting the legal minimum (€1,184/month for 40h) according to the applicable Collective Agreement; proportional if part-time.
- Company compliance with social security and tax obligations.
- Proof of company solvency.
