This residence is applicable for non UE citizens who are currently living in Spain with a student permit (higher education), have finalized their studies and want to change it for the residency with the right to work for a Spanish company. If you are living under a student permit (language course), obtained your visa before May 20th 2025 and haven’t renewed it yet, this modificacion is also applicable for you.
