The Temporary residence permit for family member of a EU citizen (spouse) is suitable for nationals of non-EU countries who are married to a EU citizen holding a residence permit in Spain (“Certificado de registro de ciudadano de la UE”). This residence gives you the right to live and work in Spain as an employee or as a self-employed worker. It is granted for 5 years.
