This residence permit is applicable for non-EU citizens of less than 18 years old that were not born in Spain and whose parents are living in Spain with a residence permit (one of the permits established by Real Decreto 1155/2024, de 19 de noviembre, or an investor’s residence permit). It is also possible to apply for this residence for a child of the parent’s residence application has already been submitted and is being processed. This residence permit for minor children is granted for 5 years.
