Residence permit by internship and master's degree
Recently we talked alot about residency in Spain - in particular a residence permit for an internship. A number of advantages set it apart from other visa extension options for students who wish to be eligible for work. But the question arises: "Can all master's degrees apply for this residence permit?"
⠀
There are two types of magistracy in Spain - official (oficial) and private (propio). And the most frequent doubt is the filing of documents for the residence, having the degree of master propio.
⠀
Officially, the residence permit for internships is intended for those who received a higher education degree 2 years before the date of requesting permission, or those who are engaged in research activities aimed at obtaining a degree, both in Spain and abroad.
⠀
But what kind of training is suitable for the requisites?
⠀
The regulations state that a higher education or qualification, university education, higher level professional training, or higher sports education are required.
⠀
Currently, in Spain, different study centers create their own study programs, thus developing their own degrees. Thus, there are both private and official master's degrees at universities.
⠀
What will this residence give you?
- The student can be outside of Spain
- It is not necessary that the training takes place in Spain
- This is an official residence and work permit
- Goes into account of the experience for obtaining citizenship
- Flexible conditions for the employer
- There is a positive administrative silence, etc.
