the right to work for yourself.

Let us remind that submission for modification is possible under the following conditions:
You are in Spain legally, your student card is still valid;
Submission occurs no earlier than 90 days before the three-year stay and / or the expiration of the
student card.
You are over 18 years old;
-you have no criminal record;

To apply for modification, two types of documents are required. Some are standard, that is, a passport, a
birth certificate, a residence permit in Spain, a certificate of completion of training, a certificate stating
that while in Spain you did not receive scholarships and grants from both your country and Spain.

The next set of details is specific, and it relates directly to the constituent documents of the company,
both future and existing, which is completely yours or you are shareholders, a partner. Since the type of

To work for yourself as an individual entrepreneur (profesional autónomo)

expect a positive decision. The description of the project requires a clear diagram, analytics, and proofs.

form is permissible, and on the other, analytics of competitors, financial forecasts, sources of investment
