Renewal of residence with the right to work (self-employed)
If you have previously held a residence permit with the right to work based on your self employment as an "autónomo" and it has expired or you have 60 days left before it expires, you can apply for a renewal. This service allows you to maintain your legal status in Spain and continue working.
Conditions for service provision:
- Have no criminal record in Spain
- Have worked as a self-employed during the first year of your residence and obtained the minimum profit equivalent to Spanish minimum wage (1381 euros/month)
- Having left Spain for no more than 180 days in the year of your residence
